摘要

In this paper, the processing behavior of the composites from a higher length-to-width vegetable fiber and PP resin, and the feasible blending technique under the existing conditions were thoroughly investigated. It is found that the fiber/PP blending system has an excellent processability, such as lower balance Torque value, shorter balance time, lower wear and tear, etc., than those of pure polypropylene. Moreover , a rational blending technique also is a great advantageous to fiber's distributing uniformly in matrix, as well as fiber origin configuration's preserving during blending and a high performance's obtaining of their composites.
