The Analysis Methods of Multiple Interferers in the Frequency Planning

In the planning of analog and digital television services, consideration must usually be given to potential interference from multiple sources e.g. other co-channel or adjacent channel services operating in the same or adjacent areas. To assess the usable field strengths, these individual signals have to be combined. The general methods include Power Sum, Simplified Multiplication, Log-normal Method (LNM), which will be introduced in this article.
