This paper offers a hardware programming method to automatically collect, process, transmit and store themeteorological data and data of geopositioning on the basis of the ATmega microcontroller and soft hardware Arduinowhen logging LIDAR measurements and further application of the data obtained in the processing LIDARmeasurements.
