摘要

The new vertical rotary dresser has been developed to dress any superabrasive grinding wheel using the side face of SiC and Al_2O_3 grinding wheel. The vertical rotary dresser has four excellent remarkable features especially under the same direction and the same speed conditions for the superabrasive wheel and the dresser, and under the cross feed condition. So that it is named "SF dressing method" which can dress and true high efficiently and precisely superabrasive wheels. In this study, it is considered about the function of kind of dressing wheel and about the flow rate of dressing fluid method for storing loose grains of the dressing wheel on it, which has the function of lapping on SF dressing.
