Enhancing Safety and Reliability of Initiating Device with a Closed Loop Information Analysis and Feedback System

摘要

In this paper, the necessity of study on safety and reliability of initiating device is described. A closed loop information analysis and feedback system is advanced according to the importance of management. It is used to enhance the rationality of initiating device in designing, producing, storing, using and so on, and it is also used to decrease the man-made defects and raise the safety and reliability of initiating device.
