This article mainly tells that how emulsion explosive companies make emulsion explosive safety inspection table, and gives safety evaluation of emulsion explosive producing process. In the aspect of coincidence on the basis of safety inspection table, the unsafe factor in the process of emulsion explosive and the key to improve were found.
