Our Solar Power Future:The U.S. PV Industry Roadmap for 2030 and Beyond

The U.S. solar power industry has developed Our Solar Power Future as a roadmap through 2030 and beyond. We look ahead over several decades and set targets for the kind of growth and application of solar power that we think is both possible and vital. Solar power can provide 30% of all electricity generation in the year 2050 in addition to the 2025 goal of half of all new electricity generation. This Roadmap was instrumental in the adoption of the first national incentives for solar power in the past 25 years.
