摘要

Excess resource consuming and chaotic expansion in functions and interfaces are two problems caused by integrated CNC system design, which have resulted in the loss of flexibility and stability. So it is necessary to adopt appropriate distributed structure and control to weaken the side-effects of high-level integrated system design. Based on the research of open and reconfigurable CNC, the architecture of CNC based on ARM and motion control chip is proposed, which realizes the high speed and the high-precision in the production process and achieves the high integration and high efficiency of CNC. And the design based on FPGA avoids the waste of the resources and meets the need of flexible manufacturing. For the poor performance of the frequent communication among the modules of CNC in real-time and the reliability, the open CNC based on field bus is brought forward.
