Probed Road Traffic Construction and Transportation Cooperation between China and Russia for Heilongjiang Province

摘要

There are 3,026 km border lines between Heilongjiang province and the Russian Far East region,accounting for 42% of the China-Russian borders.There are 25 national opening ports in Heilongjiang Province.A pivotal position in the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia are determined by geopolitical advantages of the province.The strategies of revitalizing the old industrial base in northeast are brought into effect in China;a new and higher demand on the transport is put forward.Therefore,accelerate transport corridors construction for Russia, building perfect transport system for Russia,creating excellent environment of transportation are of great significance,to promote ChinaRussian economic and trade development,promotion of economic integration in Northeast Asia.
