Sino- Russia Regional Tourism Cooperation and Development Strategies: A Case Study of Heilongjiang Province

With the smooth development of economic and political relationship between China and Russia, Sino- Russia regional tourism cooperation has been gradually advancing further. Heilongjiang Province has made great achievements by resorting to its geographic advantage. However, it is also faced with serious challenge. It is the inevitable choice to upgrade the overall competitiveness of tourism in Heilongjiang by taking such measures as strengthening the leading role of the government, highlighting the emphases and feature of tourism resources development, increasing brand promotion and marketing efforts, in-depth excavation the tourism market of Russia.
