Systems Engineering to Syndy

摘要

Systems engineering a worldwide multi-site real-time tele-conference using volunteers is a challenge worthy of any organization. this paper is an introduction to the proposed project. It outines the ggoals and approaches to be taken over a four-year period to develop the requirements prototype communications techniques, and minimize the risks in developing the conference. The paper also describes a number of other benefits of the project ot the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE).
