THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT OF GOVERNMENT ELECTRONIC PROCUREMENT PLATFORM

Government electronic procurement is rapidly developing as a major application of e-business. Based on Chinese present situation, the government electronic procurement platform, e-ProcurePlace, has been designed and implemented. According to the government procurement main process, this paper introduces the main roles, system architecture and main components of e-ProcurePlace, and illustrates the multi-layered design model and developing environment. E-ProcurePlace provides throughout services of government electronic procurement, excellent running mode and advanced architecture to ensure the benefit of governments and suppliers.
