This paper exhibits an evaluation between three textile antennas at 2.45 GHz such as linearly polarized rectangular patch antenna (LPRMSA), circularly polarized corner cut square antenna (CPCCSMSA) with coaxial feed and rectangular slot antenna (CPRSA) with coplanar waveguide feed. Need of compact size antennas due to handy wireless communication devices. The most appropriate antenna for wireless application is the patch antenna. It is shown that the LPRMSA with wash cotton as substrate has an impedance bandwidth (-10 dB RLBW) of 108 MHz (4.41%), with the maximum gain of 6.43 dBi, while CPCCSMSA has a -10 dB RLBW of 453 MHz (18.44%), 3-dB axial ratio bandwidth (3dB ARBW) of 36 MHz (1.223%) with the maximum gain of 6.49 dBi and proposed CPRSA using felt as substrate with CPW feed has simulated and measured RLBW of 1250 and 1300 MHz (51.02%, 57.26%), 3-dB ARBW of 254.8 MHz (10.8 %) with the maximum gain of 2.814dB. CPRSA has wide bandwidth as compare to others. Also shows agreement between simulated and measured result of CPRSA. Little variation in measured result may be due to disparity in measured value dielectric constant (εr) of fabrics. Hence, CPRSA is excellent for wireless application.
