摘要

Reducing Cost of Service is an important goal for Resource Discovery and Interaction technologies. Shortcomings of Transhipment-Method and Hibernation-Method are to increase holistic Cost of Service and to slower resource discovery respectively. To overcome these shortcomings, analyzes the courses of devices using Resource Discovery and Interaction technologies to identify Roily and Stable States, and makes the "poor" devices have "purposeful" hibernations during the Stable States, not the Transhipment-Method's "purposeless" hibernations. The results of experiments indicate that the method don t increase holistic Cost of Service, it makes the "poor" devices hibernate longer than Hibernation-Method to reduce power use more effectively, and it discovers resources faster than Hibernation-Method.
