摘要

A key driver in the transition from 3G to 4G is the development, deployment and application of short-range wireless devices and services such as WLAN and WPAN. However, these current short-range devices and networks could not realize future ubiquitous and heterogeneous networking. Emerging UWB technology has the potential to provide solutions for this vision, especially for ubiquitous computing and networking, which needs location awareness capability. Therefore, this paper presents indoor location using UWB. Furthermore, we propose the system model and flowchart for UWB indoor location based on the time difference of arrival (TDoA) algorithm.
