摘要

Artificial Neural Network and Fuzzy Recognition are all information process systems to simulate biological mechanism, and the two theories are widely applied in many disciplines. Taking each strong point into consideration, this paper proposes a fuzzy artificial neural network recognition model combining ANN and Fuzzy Recognition. Finally, the model is used to evaluate the water quality of Tuo River. The result shows that fuzzy artificial neural network recognition model for water quality evaluation is objective and feasible.
