摘要

Water storage of SanMenXia Reservoir dwindled due to the silt and sand piling up on the bottom. With the arrival of floodwater, the water in the reservoir flew upstream, which caused disasters in the upper WeiHe reaches, i.e. Tongguan in Shaanxi province. In order to fix the flooding problem at Tongguan, SanMenXia Reservoir water levels in non-flood season should be optimized regarding multiple criteria, which involving inexact, vagueness or incomplete information. The purpose of this paper is to study on aggregating individual opinions into a group consensus and establishes a fuzzy group decision-making method to solve this issue. Objective weights of decision makers is determined through iterative algorithm, and the subjective weights is decided regarding the importance of each decision maker, thereafter fuzzy group decision making method (FGDM) is applied to reach the group consensus. Finally, FGDM is used to solve water level optimization for SanMenXia reservoir.
