Water jet researches at University of Sao Paulo Part 2 - New method of soil sample preparation with plain water jet

The use of plain water jet in preparation of soil test samples, here proposed, is a new method that has many advantages in relation to the traditional preparation method. The main are: rapidity, expected more precision in test result, and enhancement of engineering projects. Resuming there can be established that the new suggested method of preparation of samples of soils furnishes better quality proves, more precise surfaces, with lower alterations, won of time and more representative results on the following assays. In addition, soil samples impossible to be carved in the traditional method can be prepared with this new one.
