Innovative aluminium structures

摘要

To overcome some constraints of the normal jointing systems of aluminium structures, innovative ideas have been applied resulting in a general new fastening method and in an improved structural efficiency. The results of the non linear analysis of a 12.00m span prestressed string beam as well as the ones recorded during the relevant test are illustrated.
