The third generation Internet era grid computing era will come. More and more service companies live in a very volatile and turbulent environment in which both business rules and supporting technology change very quickly. Enterprise's way for competitive advantage is different from the first generation Internet era and the second generation Internet era. Service systems have to develop better business strategies. The most important thing is to learn to use the third generation Internet technologies. An aim of service systems is to ensure that knowledge is shared and the right information and knowledge is available in the right forms to the right entities at the right times for the right costs with the maximum integrated organizations using new Internet technologies-grid computing. However, the processing of service system is a complex system of relationships service strategy, customer behavior, service IT infrastructure and others that links them together with grid patterns. The grid computing technologies will have profound impact on the service systems. This paper presents service systems architecture of knowledge sharing, which is related to several factors. The component of the architecture is analyzed. We proposed the knowledge sharing models of service systems based on grid computing thoughts. The ways of knowledge sharing in service system are discussed. The information and knowledge sharing is, in their respective capacities, to provide the service enterprise with great effectiveness. The service enterprise knowledge sharing models are used to demonstrate how knowledge sharing can be used to facilitate effective service management. The service enterprise knowledge tree is defined in line with the service systems. The results of the study will benefit the service system for competitive advantage.
