The role and availability of insurance

I would like to leave this short discussion on the insurance of Renewable Biomass Plants by highlighting some of the points discussed. It is important at the conceptual stage to consider the possible physical damage risks to the project. Many of the risks can be mitigated if the risk management process begins at an early stage. Using a reputable insurance broker with experience in the Renewables field at this early stage will enable them to introduce you to the most suitable insurers with the tools available to assist you in the risk management process and to ensure that the project is able to access insurance services at a reasonable price and more importantly to minimise the risks inherent in the project.
