摘要

Equipment integrality merely embodies the current quality of equipment. How to evaluate the repairing quality for the coming training and battle mission can only be denoted by mission reliability. This paper analyses the factors affecting mission reliability and points out the deficiencies of traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Aiming to the dynamic process of fault occurrence, evolution and the decline process of system capability, a dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to get the information about future mission reliability based on the dynamic membership and dynamic weight coefficient matrix. On the basis of the evaluation results, commander can determine whether it is capable for the tasks.
