Study on Structural Thermal Optimum Design and Thermal Deformation Control of Heavy-duty Precision NC Machine Tools

摘要

A control technique of thermal deformation that is realized on a heavy duty NC machine tool is presented in the paper. At first the optimum design of structure is introduced and then the temperature control system of lubrication oil is given. The experiments with a heavy duty NC machine tool shows that the result is satisfied. The reliability of control system is also high.
