The rheological behaviors of the PE/CaO composites were investigated by Melt Flow Rate Instrument,HAAKE Rotational Viscometer and AR2000 Torque Rheometer. Influences of CaO content on the rheological behavior of the PE/CaO composites were discussed. The results showed that the CaO which was modified by the rare earth metal coupling agents can decrease the viscosity and increase the processability of PE/CaO composites when CaO content was 10%.Both the viscosity and modulus of PE/CaO composites were apparently augmented when CaO content was more than 10%thowever the PE/CaO composites of CaO content was 25% and 30% have the same viscosity and modulus. The proper content of CaO was suggested to be 30%.The rheological behavior data of the PE/CaO composites which were measured by Melt Flow Rate Instrument, HAAKE Rotational Viscometer and Torque Rheometer were analogy.
