摘要

According to the characters of the rotating arc sensor welding, the purpose of this study based on Simple Genetic Algorithms (SGA) is to decide optimal settings of the rotating arc sensor welding process parameters which produce the good weld geometry. The output variables were depth、width and height of the welded joint geometry. These output variables were determined according to input variables,which are the welding current、welding voltage、welding speed、rotating radius、rotating frequency and rotating orientation. The affection on welded joint by the parameters of the rotating arc sensor was analyzed.
