摘要

The study of electrochemical parameters of lithium power sources with cathodes based on synthesized samples Li0.5Fe2.5−yAlyO4 (y = 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0) were performed by the methods of impedance spectroscopy (SEI) and cyclic voltammetry (CVA) at low speed scan. The energy characteristics of sources and diffusion coefficient of lithium into cathode matrix are determined.
