Necessary Conditions and Sufficient Conditions for Non-Decomposable Two-Stage Min-Max Optimizations

In this paper, a kind of new nonlinear programming is proposed, which is called non-decomposable two-stage min-max optimization. The continuity and differentiability of the maximum function f(x) are studied in detail, necessary conditions and sufficient conditions for new nonlinear programming are given.
