摘要

Analysts have been searching for the mineralization methods of biological samples since Great Fresenius 抯. times [1]. The task consists in the organic matrix complete elimination while keeping a mineral component untouched. It is impossible to use the majority of analytical methods without mineralization of biological samples (prior to or simultaneously with the analysis). Nuclear methods which ensure a non-destructive determination of some elements in biological samples are the only exception. However, potentialities of nuclear methods can be greatly enhanced by using mineralized biosamples for the analysis. Besides, mineralized samples are easy for storage because they need much less room and do not go bad at room temperature.
