The third party's logistics service industry in China is new and under-developed. There are only 18% industrial enterprises and 5.9% commercial enterprises using the third party's logistics service in China. All these facts tell that China businesses are used to self-logistics service subjectively. And objectively, if they use third party's logistics service, their own logistics equipment and personnel will become a big exit cost. Therefore, there are a lot of strategic and tactic problems need to be studied and solved. In this paper, the strategy and tactic combination of service marketing for China third party's logistics service enterprises.
