STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL IN TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT

For every country, if its products and services don't conform to the international quality standard, it cannot win in the competition of the international market. Because in the new trend for the quality management we must try to advocate the practice of quality science, SPC (statistical process control) will be more important in the application of the quality science because of its complete theory system and comprehensive application. On the basis of concisely introducing the characteristic and importance of SPC, this thesis analyzes the important tool of SPC―control chart theory, and puts forward the whole implementation of SPC. The idea of this article is of great meaning on theory and practice for improving product' quality management.
