This paper presents the necessity and the feasibility of risk analysis software in large projects. Based on the risk model of network analysis, we propose a detailed design of a simulation software system, which is an experimentation of large projects for risk analysis. By using Delphi、 Siman/Cinema、Matlab, the system is user-friendly to risk analysis. The system is general and high efficient.
