摘要

The rotary atomizer, as the key equipment, is easy to cause vibration because the rotary atomizing plate revolves at high speed. In this article the entity & the finite element models of the rotating parts and the coupling system of the rotary atomizer have been established, the natural frequency and mode of the rotating parts as well as the coupling system have been computed by means of I-DEAS software, the relationship between the excitation frequency resulted from the rotor imbalance and inherent characteristics has been analyzed. The study lays the dynamic design basis for the rotary atomizer.
