Structure CAD System of Cold Extrusion Die With Optimization Functions of Cavity Die

摘要

The orthodox approach of the processing design of cold extrusion has been unable to adapt to the modern production. In this paper, the inverted extrusion workpiece are classed by the group technology and each workpeice is described by the means of element calling. We mainly discuss the assembly designing, working part designing, the optimization of cavity die, and so on. In the optimization design of the cavity die, we acquire the optimization parameters of the cavity die by setting up the target function and append the constraining relations.
