Electricity Conductance Method for Hydraulic Oil Contamination Monitoring and Experiment Analysis

In this paper, the electricity conductivity of the contaminative hydraulic oil is analyzed theoretically firstly. And then by the experiment with the contaminative oil samples, which is confected by the standard of NAS1638, the relationship among the conductance current and the oil contamination level and its temperature is' obtained. Finally, the oil contamination level quick monitor technique based on the mechanism of its electricity conductivity is put forward, and the hydraulic oil contamination level monitor system is developed.
