摘要

The ultrafine rotor classifier is a kind of typical model with simple structure that can be used in ultrafine classification currently. This paper analyzes theoretically the flow field of this classifier, obtains the calculating method of the flow field's speed distribution discipline and builds the model of the separating curve function of the ultrafine particle in the classifying process. Combining with the experimental result of the FW- φ 315 horizontal turbine ultrafine classifier, the influence of the local vortex flow phenomenon produced by separation district, the coacervation action of ultrafine particle and the pulverizing effect produced inside the classifier to classifying performance is analyzed.
