In the dustlike object temperature measure and control system, measuring and controlling multiple point temperature are always necessary. But to the traditional measure method such as thermocouple, hot resistance, thermistor and semiconductor temperature sensor, not only have the flaws of complex peripheral circuit, low measuring accuracy, low resolution, but also demand temperature scale (such as nonlinearity correct, temperature compensation, sensor resolution). Adopting the new type of multiple channel intelligent temperature sensor, which is internationally fashionable at present, can conquer these flaws, and realize the optimize design of dustlike object temperature measure and control system. This article first introduces two types of design solutions of multiple channel dustlike object temperature measure and control system, and then explain the factors which affect the temperature sensor's accuracy and the notes in designing PCB.
