摘要

This paper deals with an in-process visualization method of machining state to support the state recognition of human operators in machining. In order to realize the recognition support, we propose an accurate state estimation technique which associates sensed data with the machining simulation. A framework of Sensor-based Simulation (SBS) is presented. Furthermore, a classification and procedures of SBS are also discussed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by a prototype system.
