The Analysis on the Strategy of the Port Logistics in Jinzhou

In the ear of economy globalisation, the ports as the suppliers of logistics service, is one of the pivots in the supply chain. It has become an unfolding trend to develop the logistics in the ports. This paper first introduces the connection between the port and the logistics and the characters of the port logistics. I pay more attention to describe the present conditions, superiorities and deficiencies in the port of Jinzhou. In the end, I proposed some strategic measures of the port in Jinzhou by analysing above problems.
