INFLUENCE OF AN INTRA-CAVITY POLARIZER ON THE ND-DOPED FIBER LASER SPECTRUM

We explain theoretically the spectral narrowing and tunability of a Nd-doped fiber laser with an intra-cavity polarizer by considering, the passive fiber as an elliptical phase plate.
