INFLUENCE OF RESONATOR PARAMETERS AND RADIATION CHARACTERISTICS ON TECHNOLOGICAL POTENTIALITIES OF MATERIAL PROCESSING WITH COPPER VAPOR LASER RADIATION
Taking into account an increasing interest in the dimensional treatment of thin-sheet materials by the copper vapour laser (CVL) emission, it seemes timely to consider the effect of various factors on the treatment parameters. This work is devoted to the study of the dependences on the cavity parameters, spectral and time characteristics of the emission, as well as on the availability and the type of the technological gas supplied to the area under treatment.
