This paper focus on the comparison of laser induced autofluorescence spectra (LIAF) from in vivo model disease (tumour model) with in vivo normal rabbit skin tissues. The emitted autofluorescence from the rabbit skin are excited by He-Cd laser at 442 nm. The experiment results show that the autofluorescence spectra of the different skin content are entirely different. In the experiments one fiber optic transmits laser from source to the skin surface of the normal and subcutaneous tumour model and the other fiber optic positioned near the same space transmits the fluorescence light to a detector system. Autofluorescence spectra from both in vivo subcutaneous tumour model skin and normal skin are excited with same laser light at 442 nm. The LIAF spectra signals are investigated at around 510 nm. The characteristics of the LIAF spectra signals are shown as graphic curve line, which is obtained from the computer connected with the laser detector system. The experimental result shows that the characteristic shapes of normal and model disease are obviously different. From the experimental results, the proposed skin of the simple tumour model also would be reflected the possibility of evaluation of changes of the content within the skin.
