In decentralized two-level linear fractional programming problems, there exist one decision maker (DM) at the upper level and multiple DMs at the lower level. We have already proposed interactive fuzzy programming for decentralized two-level linear programming problems on the assumption that all of the DMs can cooperate with each other, and succeeded in obtaining satisficing solutions for the DMs. In this paper, we focus on decentralized two-level linear fractional programming problems with block angular structure, which are often encountered in the case that all of the DMs can decide their strategy almost independently of each other. In order to derive satisficing solutions for the DMs to the problems, we adopt the interactive fuzzy programming and consider the application of the Ritter partitioning procedure and the Dantzig-Wolfe decomposition principle to it for the purpose of utilizing the special structure of the problems.
