Permanent Document-Linking, Information Retrieval, Content Ranking and Payment in a Wide-Area Distributed File System

摘要

In today's hypertext model, documents and information are difficult to discover, and only a small part of the existing sources are recorded. The existing copyright problem and the lack of adequate and reliable payment-methods on the internet make it nearly impossible to fully exhaust the actual market-value of content. The system-design presented here, is able to solve these problems, without making any change to the existing hypertext-model. It connects centralized and decentralized document storage-places to a current data information pool. The client-software integrates all needed functions for browse, view, search, valuation and publishing of digital content. The adduction of evidence the system shall give, is whether existing copyright is good or bad for copyright-holders. Therefore, and because of restrictions of existing copyrights, the system shall be introduced as an international empirical study on copyright.
