Research on the Role of Intellectual Property System in Technological Innovation of Enterprises

摘要

This paper analyzes the motivating function of the intellectual property system upon the technological innovation of enterprises, and expounds the necessity that the IP system should be given full play in motivating the technological innovation of enterprises in China.
