Infringements on Architectural Works and Corresponding Enterprise Intellectual Property Strategies

In TRIPS architectural works is an important kind of intellectual property (IP). Leading IP infringement cases take place one after another. Based on the analysis of the present real estate market, the paper introduces relevant cases at home and abroad and focuses on the following problems. Firstly, the paper analyzes their infringement nature as well as characteristics. Secondly, IP infringement reasons are discussed. Finally, corresponding enterprise IP strategies of enterprise are given in order to more effectively protect the architectural works and promote their technological innovation.
