Empirical Study on the Forecast of Human Resource Development in Guangxi

摘要

Based on the analysis of the data about human resource available and corresponding demand in GuangXi province, utilizing Trend Extrapolation Forecasting model and Time-Series Forecasting model, the article forecasts the total number of employees, the unemployment rate, the distribution of employees in each industry, and the number of professional technician and well-trained labour force reservation in GuangXi province in the following five years.
