A Study on Collaborative Logistics for Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises

Today, the collaborative logistics is a valid means of raising response ability to customer's requirement for enterprise in international market, also is a new business model for SMMEs to gain the competitive advantage, survive and develop. The paper began with the concept and effect of collaborative logistics, then illustrated three models about SMMEs and collaborative logistics. Based on above, the paper analyzed 4 effective ways of putting collaborative logistics system into practice for SMMEs at present. Finally, the paper discussed 4 problems should be solved to SMMEs in building the collaborative logistics system.
