Application of the Supply Chain Management to the Innovative Systems Engineering in TGP-CFADIMS

摘要

This paper stated the basic theory and method of systems engineering. By means of patterning of system framework, system modeling and emulation technology, and the modern science and technology, such as cybernetics, information theory, modern database technique and applied technique of computer network, data communication, GIS, GPS, etc., it refers the current of supply chain management and optimized control process of "demand, produce, delivery, storage, supply, management" in the Three Gorges Project's bulk cement or fly ash. And it gives a full exposition for the designing thoughts, main function and engineering economy analysis in TGP-CFASDIMS.
