Entropy Evaluation Method of Pioneering Risk for ST Enterprise Incubator

摘要

The paper deals with the characteristics, main function and the mode of financing and investment in China's ST enterprise incubators, and derives the index system for evaluating the pioneering risk of ST enterprise incubator. A quantitative calculating equation for risk indexes is given by adopting the entropy idea, which provides a kind of scientific method for evaluating the ST enterprise incubator. Finally, the paper describes the calculating method through a practical example.
