A group normally has such characteristics as highly amalgamation with modern information technology, cooperation with business management system, efficient central management and strong long-distance processing. Operating on the management platform of network budget and network accounting alarm, it could provide real-time finance reports to prove the aging of finance information and prevent the confliction of central and distributed power. Management of network accounting is a new challenge. In order to realize our goals, we have to establish the concepts of flexible management, regeneration management and virtual management, etc.
